Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CityCap helmet. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your newly purchased CityCap helmet, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. 
Conditions for Return: 
  1. The helmet must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
  3. The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
 Return Process:
  1.  Contact our customer service team via the contact form to initiate the return process. 
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the helmet.
  3. Pack the helmet securely to prevent any damage during shipping. 
  4. Include the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation in the return package. 
  5. Ship the return package to the provided address using a traceable shipping method.
  6. Once we receive the returned helmet and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 business days. 
 Please note: 
  1. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. 
  2. For safety reasons, CityCap helmets that have been used, damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear cannot be returned. 
  3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
